Position Summary: * This position plays a vital role in leading end to end Sales / Customer Development function within Vision Care Indonesia organization. He / She will be at the forefront of customer engagement at all level, leading and overseeing field sales team operation, Key Account Management, Distributor Management, as well as designing and execution Trade Marketing programs to ensure customers and consumers are well served. Key Responsibilities include: * Deliver Sales (Sell In and Sell Out) commitment in accordance to the financial cycle. * Key Account Management - work closely with Key Account customers' organization to ensure business priorities is aligned, supported, and implemented timely, while eliminating roadblocks in the process * Grow Distributor - lead, coach, and empower Customer Development Executive who handles this customer; liaise, direct, and provide guidance to the Distributor leadership organization in order to achieve business deliverables in Independent Optical stores * Trade Marketing - design and implement Trade Marketing programs across channel to accelerate Sell Out and Offtake, with approval of Business Unit Head. * Lead, coach, and motivate Customer Development Executives who handle Key Accounts, to ensure detailing process are implemented as directed, strengthening ECP recommendation and trial, obtain insights, and overcome operational barriers at store level. * Work closely with Marketing and Digital team to get support on key assets for in store implementation, and strategic alignment to maximize MyAcuvue wearers and transaction target. * Work closely with Professional Education, ensuring CDE team are always updated, well equipped, and capable in consultative selling to influence ECP with the right product and medical knowledge. * At least a Bachelor's Degree , with 10 years experience in Sales Management that includes Key Account Management, Distributor Management, and / or Trade Marketing from consumer-facing industries. Experience in Optical industry would be an advantage * Strong understanding of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) concept and able to design and implement within the organization * Strong analytical, issue-based problem-solving skills, yet agile and adaptable to changes on-the-go, with resilience and can-do attitude * People leader with strong drive, result oriented with unwavering commitment on all compliance aspects. * Team player, able to influence cross functional team in the market and cluster / region backed with solid business acumen. * Have strong MS Excel skills in organizing numbers and charts to analyze performance and results * Assertive with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, comfortable to work, communicate, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from different background * Well organized, independent with effective time management
